Are you interested in becoming a more effective trainer? Do you want to improve your training skills and develop your knowledge of learning theory to provide you with the skills to support your officers, other SA volunteers or reps? If so, the DCSA team invites you to join our free Train the Trainer course! 

This course is designed for SA staff who already or want to plan, deliver, and evaluate training. Whether you're an experienced trainer or just starting out, this course offers an opportunity to learn and develop the skills, knowledge, and techniques to be an effective trainer. 

This is a highly interactive course created specifically for the student movement that involves people working and talking together, providing a place where you can challenge, question, and discuss learning with other SA staff from across Scotland.  

The course aims to create a lasting impact on individuals and SAs by increasing the effectiveness of training, providing more efficient and sustainable delivery of training, increasing knowledge and skills in training design and delivery, and increasing confidence in training design and delivery. 

Train the Trainer will be delivered during August 2023. A date will be chosen during the upcoming weeks and following that, registration will open so keep an eye on out in next month’s newsletter!
