Meet our wonderful colleagues who work hard to deliver the DCSA project
Charlotte Britton-Stevens
Charlotte Britton-Stevens (also known as CBS) is the Union Development Project Manager and has managerial overview of the DCSA project. Back in 2015 she worked on the DCSA project as a Development Consultant, and has worked with SUs across the UK in various roles within NUS since. In her spare time, Charlotte raises two kids, two cats and six chickens, as well as doing a whole bunch of crafting and DIY
Ian Gilmour
Ian is from Glasgow and spent two years as a College Officer in his home city. Since then, he has worked in various roles supporting College Students' Associations in Scotland including his current role as a development Consultant with NUS which he's been in since September 2021. Ian is a keen football fan and keen traveller, he likes to spend time hillwalking in Scotland or hanging out with his dog.
Laura Jimenez Hernandez
Laura joined NUS Charity in January 2022 as a development consultant for the DCSA project. Prior to that, she worked at the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh University Students’ Association and the University of St. Andrews. Laura is from Madrid, Spain and has a background in Physics and Philosophy. She loves cinema, acting, cats and having endless philosophical chats over a nice cup of coffee.
